What is included at each tier?
Every tier includes all 65+ agents, 15 Tier 1 native MCPs, 150 curated Tier 2 MCPs, multi-tenant isolation, and compliance baseline. Higher tiers add BYOK encryption, dedicated support, and deployment flexibility.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated charges. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
What if I exceed my seat count?
You can add seats at any time. New seats are pro-rated for the remainder of your billing period.
What is BYOK?
Bring Your Own Key. Enterprise and above tiers let you manage your own encryption keys so your data at rest is encrypted with keys only you control.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes. Prepay 12 months annually and receive a 10% discount on the per-seat rate.
